Ein in Japan entwickeltes mit dem Namen <strong>5S.<\/strong> F\u00fcr die f\u00fcnf Begriffe: Seiri =\u6574\u7406 ; Seiton = \u6574\u9813 ; Seiso = \u6e05\u6383; Seiketsu = \u6e05\u6f54 und Shitsuke = \u8ebe .<\/p>\n<p>Die deutsche Bedeutung w\u00e4re:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Seiri: Alles unn\u00f6tige entfernen, nichts soll von dem Arbeitsprozess ablenken.<\/li>\n<li>Seiton: Systematische Anordnung der Arbeitsmittel und Gegenst\u00e4nde.<\/li>\n<li>Seiso: Reinigen und Inspizieren.<\/li>\n<li>Seiketsu: Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe standardisieren, alles hat seinen Platz, alles hat seinen Ablauf<\/li>\n<li>Shitsuke: alles am Laufen halten, Disziplin \u00fcben aber auch aktiv sein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5S bietet somit auch f\u00fcr die Analyse von Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufen und Produkten eine strukturierende Basis<\/p>\n<p>Interessanterweise haben in den 70ern die Unternehmensberater Robert H. Watermann Jr. Und Tom J. Peters sowie Julien R. Phillips eine 7S Methode entwickelt. Sie hatten erkannt das eine Strategie einer \u00c4nderung der Struktur bedarf.<\/p>\n<p>Der damalige US-Pr\u00e4sident Truman hatte einmal gesagt: \u201eWer in diesem B\u00fcro eine Anweisung gibt und sp\u00e4ter noch herausfinden kann was daraus geworden ist, der ist der bessere Mann\u201c \u2013 die Aussage hatte James g. March als auch zutreffend f\u00fcr die Abl\u00e4ufe in Gro\u00dfkonzernen bezeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>Das Problem ist dabei der rationelle Blick der administrativen Welt auf die Unternehmensziele. Diese sind oftmals nicht klar genug definiert, dann sind die Entscheidungen dorthin zu gelangen oftmals getroffen ohne wirklich alle Informationen zu haben, die ein Wirtschaft-Modell zu Bewertung ben\u00f6tigt.<\/p>\n<p>Hier setzt dann das 7S Framework an \u2013 mit seinen 7 Kernvariablen Strategie, Struktur, Systeme. Spezialkenntnis, Stammpersonal, Stil und Selbstverst\u00e4ndnis. Die ersten drei werden als harte Faktoren bezeichnet, leicht zu erfassen und zu beurteilen.
