Schon alleine wegen des r\u00f6tlichen Wahlergebnisses. (Berlin!)<\/p>\n<p>Dazu nehmen wir einen mittleren Hokkaido K\u00fcrbis, teilen ihn in zwei H\u00e4lften und separieren die Kerne zur sp\u00e4teren Kompostierung. Das Fruchtfleisch wird dann in circa 3 x 3 cm gro\u00dfe St\u00fcckchen geschnitten &#8211; die Schale bleibt dran, der Strunk geht zu den Kernen, ebenso m\u00f6gliche Druck- und Braunstellen.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Alles in eine Topf, Wasser dr\u00fcber, so dass alles bedeckt ist und so lange kochen lassen bis das K\u00fcrbisfleisch leicht mit einer Gabel zerdr\u00fcckt werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>Jetzt kommt die Kokosnuss ins Spiel. Wir \u00fcberlegen uns eine Methode wie man diese ohne Verluste an Mensch und Material aufbrechen kann. Ein Tipp: wenn der Bast schon entfernt ist kann mit einem spitzen Gegenstand in eines der drei dunklen &#8220;Augen&#8221; gebohrt werden &#8211; dann die Milch aufangen und die Schale mit einem Hammer aufbrechen. Die Kokosnuss dabei locker in der Hand halten und aufpassen dass keine Finger zwischen Hammer und Nussschale geraten ;)<\/p>\n<p>Jetz wird das Fruchtfleisch der Nuss mit einem kurzen Messer eingeritzt und dann aus der harten Schale gel\u00f6st. F\u00fcr einen K\u00fcrbis ben\u00f6tigt man ungef\u00e4hr ein Achtel des Kokosnussmarkes.<\/p>\n<p>Das Mark, eine 16tel Chilischote und ca. 2 Teel\u00f6ffel Madras Curry\u00a0 (So wird&#8217;s gemacht: 5 EL Koriander; 2 EL Cumin (Kreuzk\u00fcmmel);\u00a0 2 EL Kurkuma; 1 EL Ingwerpulver;\u00a0 1 TL gem. gelbe Senfsamen;\u00a0 1 TL Bockshornkleesamen; \u00a01cm einer Zimtstange; 3 \u00a0Nelken; 1\/2 TL gr\u00fcnen Kardamom gesch\u00e4lt; 3 getrocknete rote \u00a0Chilis; 1,5 TL schwarzer Pfeffer)<\/p>\n<p>Jetzt die K\u00fcrbisteile mit Kochwasser, den ausgel\u00f6sten Kokosnussmark und dem Curry sowie eine Prise Salz in den Mixer oder mit P\u00fcrrierstab schreddern.<\/p>\n<p>Kleingehackte glatte Petersilie dazu &#8211; 1cm\u00b3 und wenn vorhanden etwas frischen Koriander.<\/p>\n<p>Mit etwas Wei\u00dfbrot dazu reicht dies einer \u00a0mittleren Kreativ- Agentur f\u00fcr 6 Stunden innovativer Gedankenarbeit!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Heute mal etwas der Jahreszeit angepasstes &#8211; K\u00fcrbissuppe!
